About the Role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full credit and accounts receivable function for a dedicated customer portfolio. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business and with customers.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage the end-to-end credit function for your assigned ledger
- Assess and process new credit applications
- Proactively follow up outstanding accounts and collections
- Allocate and receipt customer payments
- Process journals and perform account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve account queries and discrepancies
- Maintain customer records and monitor credit limits
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the credit function

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Credit Control, Collections. Accounts Receivable, or Credit Officer positions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
