We're Edition Studio, an independent Melbourne-based print and embroidery studio specialising in custom apparel, uniforms and branded merchandise.

Established in 2013, we've spent over a decade bringing creative ideas to life through garment printing, embroidery and design.

We've recently opened our new studio in Altona North, and with the Christmas rush approaching, we're looking for 1–2 energetic, reliable and hands-on people to join our team.

We're a small team with big energy. We work hard, move quickly, have a laugh and take the details seriously.

What you'll be doing

No two days look quite the same. You'll get involved in the day-to-day operations of our busy print and embroidery studio, including:

- Assisting with T-shirt printing, embroidery and garment production
- Preparing garments and organising customer orders
- Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
- Packing and dispatching orders
- Receiving, sorting and organising stock
- Assisting customers in our studio showroom
- Keeping workspaces clean, organised and production-ready
- Supporting our team wherever an extra pair of hands is needed

Bonus points if you have experience with:

- Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Graphic design or digital artwork
- Apparel printing or embroidery
- Retail or customer service

We'll provide training for the role.

Hours: Approximately 10–20 per week

Pay: From $33.05 per hour for employees aged 21 and over, including casual loading. Applicable junior award rates may apply to employees under 21, subject to the relevant award classification. Superannuation and applicable penalty rates paid in accordance with legal requirements.
