About the Job:

Our client, a leading global fintech brand, is seeking a CRM Specialist to join their high-performing digital marketing team on a 12-month contract.

This is a hands-on execution role suited to someone who enjoys being in the platforms every day, building customer journeys, deploying campaigns, creating audience segments and ensuring a seamless customer experience across CRM and web channels.

Working alongside campaign, creative and technical teams, you'll play a key role in delivering targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns while helping maintain and optimise key digital experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Building and deploying CRM campaigns, journeys and triggered communications
- Creating and managing audience segments for targeted campaign delivery
- Executing email, push notification and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Running QA across CRM communications and digital experiences
- Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and supporting A/B testing initiatives
- Managing website content updates and landing page builds through CMS platforms
- Supporting SEO initiatives and ongoing website optimisation

About You You'll bring experience across CRM, email marketing,



lifecycle marketing or marketing automation and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.

Ideally, you'll have experience with:

- CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp
- Audience segmentation, customer journeys and campaign execution
- Basic HTML for email production
- CMS platforms such as Contentful, Builder.io or similar
- GA4 and digital marketing performance reporting
- 2-4 years' experience working across CRM, email marketing and marketing automation
