We’re looking for an experienced Customer Care team member to join our growing business in Dandenong South. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy and dynamic environment, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

No two days will be quite the same. You’ll be involved in all aspects of after-sales support,



from resolving customer concerns and coordinating warranty claims to arranging services and ensuring customers receive timely outcomes.

You’ll also coordinate credit claims nationally, managing the review, authorisation, processing and follow-up of requests to ensure they are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.

What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in handling customer enquiries and resolving problems
- A professional and engaging telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within a busy environment
- SAP (SD module) experience is essential in this role
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
