Sydney Gentle Care (SGC) is looking for a passionate and dedicated SUPPORT WORKER (SUBCONTRACTOR ROLE) to join our established and growing interdisciplinary teams for IMMEDIATE START.

This role involves providing support to our NDIS participant based in Gosford, including community access, transportation assistance, domestic assistance, and some personal care.

- Providing direct support to the individual with disabilities in their daily activities
- Supporting the client in accessing community resources, transportation, and social activities.
- Implementing individualised support plans and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client progress and care plans as required.
- Demonstrating sensitivity and respect for cultural diversity,



personal preferences, and individual needs.
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Building positive relationship with the client and families to promote a supportive and inclusive setting.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong availability who is seeking immediate work. Preference will be given to multilingual applicants who are willing to travel long distances. Experience in the disability sector or a related field is preferred but hands-on personal care experience is essential. Pay: From $35.00 per hour
