Jigsaw is currently engaged to recruit an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to take ownership of a large-scale operation based in Perth. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving operational performance & safety and getting close to the action.

The operation includes:

· 30,000sqm distribution center

· Employees across two shifts

· 10+ company-owned trucks

· Warehouse + transport responsibility

· Complex, bulky and non-standard freight

· Strong focus on safety, service, cost and continuous improvement

What were looking for:

· Proven DC / Warehouse / Operations leadership experience

· Strong warehouse and transport experience

· Experience managing an owned fleet is highly desirable

· Strong people leadership and coaching capability

· Comfortable driving accountability and performance

· Continuous improvement mindset

· Hands-on,



visible and team-oriented leadership style

· Someone who wants to build something for the long term

What’s on offer:

· $160k-$170k + Super

· Monday-Friday

· No weekend work

· ~40 hour week

· Only occasional late finishes to support the afternoon shift

· Christmas shutdown
