What began as a trade business has grown into a professional, multi-division organisation across electrical, mechanical and commercial interior fitouts. With around 50 staff, you’ll have real influence on the business, and you’ll be known by name, not by number.

We’re looking for an experienced operations leader to run our facility maintenance division and help shape its next stage of growth. You’ll be based at our Airport West office in Victoria and report directly to the Director.

The role

- Own the operational delivery of facility trade services across 1,300+ sites for multiple national clients in the retail and petroleum sectors

- Lead and develop a team of service schedulers and account coordinators, and direct the sub-contractors delivering electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and handyman maintenance works

- Partner with the business on the financial side of the division, including reporting and finding cost savings





- Shape operational strategies, policies and procedures that lift efficiency and consistency across the portfolio

- Work closely with our clients to drive continuous improvement

- Take ownership of the division’s growth, with the full support of the wider business

About you

- Proven management experience across a retail portfolio or commercial facilities

- Solid facility management background

- Strong, people-first leadership

- Financial acumen, comfortable with budgets, reporting and margins
- A trade background is highly regarded
