At Molly’s Home and Pet, we help make everyday life a little easier for our clients. We’re a local, family-run business looking for reliable, friendly people to join us as we grow.

This is employment directly with Molly’s - no ABN needed. We supply the equipment, provide paid training, and support you as you settle into the role.

What you’ll enjoy

You’ll start casually, and after three months, we offer a pathway to permanent part-time employment for team members who:

- Consistently work more than 25 hours per week.
- Have reliable attendance and communicate well.




- Maintain good consistent cleaning standards.
- Can confidently manage their work independently.

If ongoing casual work suits you better, there’s room to grow there too. We offer a review for progression to a higher pay rate, based on attendance, quality of work and the ability to work independently. As our services grow, we’re also looking for people who could eventually help train new staff, support quality checks, assist with daily operations or help coordinate a team.

There’s no pressure. Doing great cleaning work and being a dependable teammate is valued just as much.

What your day might look like

You’ll visit clients’ homes, working on your own or with another team member depending on the booking. Tasks include:

- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
- Following cleaning checklists and client preferences.
- Working carefully and efficiently within the booked time.
- Keeping your equipment clean and ready for the next job.
- Keeping in touch with the team if anything needs attention.

Cleaning experience is welcome, but it isn’t essential. We’re happy to teach someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. What you’ll need

- A valid driver’s licence and a reliable car to travel between jobs.
- Australian work rights.
- A current police check, or willingness to obtain one before starting.
- A smartphone for job details and recording your work time.
- The ability to carry equipment and comfortably manage active cleaning work.
- Consistent weekday availability.
