eCommerce Specialist – Toyworld

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing and eCommerce Manager – Toyworld, you'll play an important role in driving our online commercial performance and customer experience.

You'll be responsible for monitoring and improving website performance, executing digital trading initiatives, optimising the customer journey and using data to identify opportunities for growth.

This is a hands-on role that combines commercial thinking, digital marketing and website optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive online sales performance, conversion rates, average order value and customer retention.
- Manage and optimise website content, product collections, navigation and online merchandising.
- Coordinate online promotional campaigns and trading activities.
- Analyse website and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
- Manage email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, abandoned cart and post-purchase communications.
- Identify and implement improvements to website usability, navigation and conversion.




- Work with internal stakeholders and external digital partners to deliver website enhancements and resolve issues.
- Provide regular performance reporting and actionable recommendations to support business growth.

About You We're looking for someone who is passionate about eCommerce, commercially focused and comfortable using data to make decisions.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in an eCommerce or digital performance role, preferably within retail.
- Strong understanding of online trading, conversion optimisation and customer experience.
- Experience working with Shopify, Google Analytics 4 and email marketing platforms.
- Robust analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into practical actions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

A qualification in eCommerce, Marketing, Business or a related discipline would be highly regarded. Why Join Us?
