Are you an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in complex ICT systems implementation and enterprise platform delivery? This is an excellent opportunity to apply your project management expertise to complex, high-impact projects, working with business, technology and vendor stakeholders to deliver key outcomes.

The Opportunity

Working at the EL1 level, you will lead and coordinate complex projects, ensuring delivery milestones, governance requirements and project outcomes are achieved. You will play a key role in managing risks, resolving delivery issues and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and managing integrated project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinating complex ICT systems implementation projects, including integration, data migration, testing and deployment.
- Identifying, managing and escalating project risks, issues and delivery dependencies.
- Supporting project governance forums and preparing executive briefs, status reports and project documentation.
- Managing stakeholder relationships across business, technology, procurement and external vendors.
- Monitoring budgets, contractual deliverables, procurement activities and project performance.
- Coordinating operational readiness, quality assurance and transition into production.

About You

You are an experienced Project Manager who can confidently navigate complex delivery environments, bring stakeholders together and drive projects through to successful implementation. To be successful, you will demonstrate:





- Approximately 5–8 years’ experience delivering technical ICT systems projects.
- Proven experience managing major enterprise platform or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementations.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management and dependency tracking capabilities.
- Experience managing vendors, contractual deliverables and competing project priorities.
- A solid understanding of contemporary project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Experience working within Australian Government or State Government environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and an industry-recognised project management qualification.

Experience in claims, insurance, compensation or case management systems, business change and operational readiness will be highly regarded. Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and accessibility-focused design is also advantageous. Assignment Details

- Duration: 12-month assignment
- Working arrangements: Full-time, business hours, with hybrid working flexibility
- Hourly rate: Negotiable, based on experience
