What You’ll Be Doing

- Working your dedicated Sydney territory every day, starting real conversations with homeowners

- Identifying genuine interest in solar and battery solutions and booking quality consultations for our specialist team

- Competing on live leaderboards with a high-energy team, a lot like a busy kitchen but with better payouts

- Taking ownership of your own pipeline, activity, and results from week one

- Getting structured daily coaching from leaders who started exactly where you are now
