We are an expanding face-to-face sales and marketing company, specialising in sales and customer acquisition for some of Australia’s most recognised organisations.

We work across a range of industries and face-to-face sales channels, creating genuine connections between our clients and their customers through brand representation, promotions and customer engagement.

And we’re growing quick! In January 2027, we’re opening a second Melbourne location and launching into Perth. That's why we're looking for outgoing, motivated and competitive people to join our growing team!

THIS PARTICULAR ROLE

This particular role is focused on events, promotions and representing some of Australia's most recognised not-for-profit organisations! You'll be working across a variety of fun locations, including retail settings, trade shows, expos, gyms, promotional events and sporting events, engaging with the public, having excellent conversations and helping our clients grow their customer base.

Think promo vibes, energetic teams, exciting locations and a little friendly competition! It’s fast-paced, social and performance-driven, with base pay uncapped bonuses for hitting your targets.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

- Sales, marketing, events, hospitality, retail,



call centre or customer service experience (ideal but not essential)

- Marketing, business and communications students or graduates are encouraged to apply!

- A confident, outgoing personality and the ability to speak to anyone
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

- Someone who enjoys meeting new people and working in a team
- A competitive nature and passion for results

- Motivation to grow and take on leadership
