We are seeking an experienced and personable Experience Leader to join our St Kilda Private Club on a permanent part-time basis, commencing mid-November.
The Role
As an Experience Leader, you will play an important role in delivering the exceptional standards of hospitality and member experience that define Saint Haven.
Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering personalised, six-star service to members and guests.
- Building genuine relationships and anticipating individual member needs.
- Ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the club.
- Managing member enquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintaining exceptional presentation and operational standards.
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver a consistent, premium club experience.
About You
We are seeking a hospitality professional who understands the importance of exceptional service, attention to detail and creating memorable experiences.
You will bring
- Experience in premium hospitality, luxury hotels, private clubs or a comparable service environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A polished, professional presentation and genuine passion for service.
- Confidence in engaging with members and delivering personalised experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends on a rotating roster.
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
