The Elegance Lounge – Seafood Bar & Grill is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Team Member to join our team on a part time basis.

We are seeking someone with excellent customer service, communication and sales skills who enjoys interacting with guests and creating memorable dining experiences.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality Front of House service.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, including the ability to confidently recommend and upsell menu items.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional and welcoming personality.
- Confidence in engaging with guests and understanding their needs.
- Good food and beverage knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy services.
- Strong teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work lunch, dinner and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Proactively recommend entrees, beverages, sides, desserts and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
- Build positive guest relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation and cleanliness.




- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with group bookings, functions and special occasions.
