What types of opportunities are available?

We recruit for a variety of temporary roles across different classifications and experience levels, including:

Contact centre and call centre support

Webchat and digital customer service

Data entry, records management and processing

Housing, tenancy and leasing services

Project, program and operational support

What are we looking for?

We are interested in connecting with candidates who have solid communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-focused approach.

Experience in areas such as administration, customer service, data entry, contact centres, webchat or housing and leasing is highly regarded.

Previous Queensland Government experience is advantageous, but not essential.
