Play a vital role in supporting children and families at our brand-new Lollipop Hill service, fostering inclusion, connection, and positive outcomes for every child.

About Aspire Early Education

At Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten, our vision is to shape a positive future for children through our Grow, Learn & Connect curriculum.

Located in Melbourne's growing western corridor, Lollipop Hill has quickly become a valued part of the local community. Since opening earlier this year, our team has focused on creating a welcoming, inclusive workplace where children, families, and educators feel supported, connected, and empowered every day.

The Opportunity Section

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Family Support & Inclusion Officer to join our team at Lollipop Hill.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established service and play a key role in strengthening family relationships, supporting inclusion practices, and collaborating with educators to ensure every child has the chance to thrive.

In this role, you will:

- Support families throughout the enrolment and orientation process, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.

- Help children settle into the service and work closely with educators to support smooth transitions.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families and educators.
- Lead important conversations with families regarding behavioural, wellbeing and inclusion needs.
- Provide guidance to families with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Assist families in accessing community services, supports and government funding programs, including the Inclusion Support Subsidy (ISS).
- Work as a key connection between educators, leadership teams and families to ensure children's wellbeing and inclusion needs are met.
- Support educators with behaviour guidance strategies and inclusive practices.
- Assist with inclusion funding applications and documentation where required.
- Contribute to family engagement initiatives, events and community partnerships.
- Support ongoing communication between the service and families to strengthen relationships and outcomes for children.
