IronMerge People are currently recruiting full-time FIFO Utility staff who are adaptable and experienced in previous FIFO Village Services work to support one of our major clients across Western Australia. These roles are for commencement through November and December, with interviews underway now. All roles are FIFO from Perth Airport on a set 2:1 swing.

Essential Criteria To be successful, you will have:

- Current Unrestricted WA Manual or Auto Driver’s Licence – Essential. If you currently hold an Interstate or International license, you will need to transfer it to WA before a medical can be booked.
- Be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident - temporary visa holders will not be considered for this recruitment campaign
- Recent FIFO or DIDO Utility experience in Australia or 2 years solid hospitality experience in a hotel, commercial cleaning or large scale kitchen operations
- Currently live in Perth or close proximity to Perth Airport
- Ability to complete medicals, inductions and PPE collection in Perth
- Ability to work days, nights and overnight shifts




- National Police Clearance within 6 months
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Good computer skills to complete online inductions and timesheets

Utility Roles being filled :
- Kitchen and dining room attendants, including food handling and preparation, general cleaning and potwash. Nightshift will be required for these roles.
- Housekeeping and cleaning of camp accommodation and facilities
- Mine-site cleaning (offices, crib rooms, amenities) – Manual Driver’s license is required for these roles. Nightshift will be required for these roles.

Important: Applicants with an interstate or international driver’s licence may apply; however, you will be required to transfer your licence to a Western Australian Open C Class Driver’s Licence before IronMerge can progress you to the pre-employment medical stage.
