Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently. /n As the Site Maintenance Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our maintenance operations while ensuring accurate records, reporting and workforce documentation are maintained. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Processing and maintaining timesheets, rosters and personnel records

/n

- Coordinating travel, flights and mobilisation requirements

/n

- Raising and managing purchase orders, job orders and invoices

/n

- Supporting maintenance scheduling and work order administration

/n

- Data entry, document control and record management

/n

- Assisting site leadership with operational administration requirements

/n

- Building strong working relationships with site teams and key stakeholders

/n /n The Person /n /n

- A team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments

/n

- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration

/n

- Exposure to maintenance, facilities management, construction, mining or trades-based environments

/n





- Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills

/n

- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

/n

- FIFO experience highly regarded but not essential

/n

- Current C Class Driver's Licence

/n

- White Card preferred

/n

- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening

/n

- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
