Lu Mare is an exciting harbourside Italian dining venue centred around quality ingredients, seasonal flavours, an extensive wine and cocktail offering, and attentive service. As our menus evolve throughout the year, our team has the opportunity to explore new dishes, broaden their food and beverage knowledge, and refine their hospitality skills.

Front of House (FOH)

Back of House (BOH)

What We're Looking For
- Current RSA certification for applicable Front of House positions — essential
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays — essential
- Previous hospitality experience required for bartenders, waitstaff and all Back of House positions, except apprentice chefs
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, reliability and a team-focused attitude
- A genuine interest in hospitality, food and beverage
- A willingness to learn, contribute and develop professionally





For bar and waitstaff applicants: Previous experience in hospitality is essential, with a solid knowledge of wine and experience with cocktails highly valued. We’re looking for confident, personable professionals who have a genuine passion for food and beverage, deliver attentive service and thrive in a busy restaurant environment. For kitchen applicants: We're looking for people who enjoy working with fresh produce and contemporary Italian cuisine. Seasonal menus offer the opportunity to explore new ingredients, techniques and dishes. Apprentice chefs are encouraged to apply, with hands-on experience available for those eager to develop their culinary skills.
