Fowles is a family-owned winery, cellar door and restaurant in regional Victoria.

At Fowles, we’re proud of our award-winning portfolio of cool-climate wines. Nestled in the rugged, beautiful, and unforgiving Strathbogie Ranges, we continue to break ground as one of Australia’s finest cool-climate wine producers and one of Victoria’s most welcoming farm, food, and wine experiences. Role To maintain the grounds and gardens and attend to general building and property repairs on a daily basis across all sites.

Duties

Garden:

- implementation of master planning in consultation with our appointed Horticulturalist
- landscaping
- irrigation work
- plant selection/replacement (supported by horticulturalist)
- pruning/deadheading
- trimming/hedging
- vegetable garden (supported by horticulturalist)




- food/fertiliser (supported by horticulturalist)
- spraying (disease/bugs) (supported by horticulturalist)

Garden Maintenance including rubbish, weeding, spraying, mowing, road repairs, animal care. Other duties from time to time including:

- Support production/warehouse operations as required
- Managing garden contractors as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The following licences and competencies are preferred:-

- Current Driver Licence
- Competency certificates listed below or equivalent
- Operate and Maintain Chainsaws (AHCMOM213)
- Chemical Handling Certification (FDFSS00003)
