General Freight – HC Refrigerated Delivery Driver

- Above award rates + penalties and overtime ($34+ per hour)

- Full time position | Monday to Friday roster

- Paid training provided

Hub Link Group is the National Transport Service provider for Americold Logistics, supporting major food supply chains across Australia through refrigerated transport and warehousing solutions.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HC / MC Refrigerated Delivery Driver to join our growing General Freight operations team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include

- Safe operation of HC refrigerated vehicles

- Completing daily pre-start safety and vehicle maintenance checks

- Delivering freight in line with scheduled delivery times

- Maintaining temperature compliance and load integrity

- Refuelling and maintaining truck cleanliness

- Completing delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately

- Providing professional customer service at all delivery sites





- Following fatigue management and road safety requirements

Essential Requirements

- Current HC Driver Licence

- Refrigerated freight experience preferred

- Good understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements

- Solid commitment to workplace safety

- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Flexibility to assist in other areas of the business
