Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking a Team Leader to guide a dedicated team supporting young people aged 12-17 who face barriers to education. You will lead, coach and collaborate with families, schools and partners to deliver person-centred outcomes.

The role requires trauma-informed, culturally secure approaches, with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence for meaningful educational pathways. Based in Croydon, part-time 4 days per week.
