Downer Qualified Services in Australia is seeking an experienced Defence Training Manager to coordinate, develop and deliver specialist training solutions across Defence projects. You will work with Project Directors and Defence stakeholders to align training with SADL and capability outcomes.

Domestic and international travel is required. You will lead Training Working Groups, manage priorities, and ensure training documentation and delivery meet security and governance standards.
