Dicker Data is seeking an Order Management Team Leader to drive a high‑performing team responsible for accurate and timely order processing. You will coordinate between customers, internal teams and the warehouse to ensure orders are delivered efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume workplace.

You will coach and develop Order Management Specialists, manage workload and performance, and safeguard smooth operational flow across the order lifecycle.
