? What Makes Us Special

- A Beautiful, Purpose-Built Clinic Think: a dedicated dental suite, two sterile surgeries, a dedicated x-ray setup, seven consult rooms, a spacious vet office and lunchroom. Many visitors say it’s one of the best GP clinics they’ve seen.

- Supportive Team Environment With 7–8 vets rostered each weekday, 3 on Saturdays, and 2 on Sundays, you’ll never feel alone tackling a tricky case.

- Amazing Nurses & Receptionists Our nursing and support team are highly trained, proactive, and genuinely enjoy working alongside our vets to keep the day running smoothly.

- Interesting Cases & Committed Clients We see a wide variety of cases and work with owners who are dedicated to getting the best care for their pets.

- 30-Minute Consults & Protected Procedure Time No rushing between consults, we value quality care and time to do things properly.

- Room to Grow Whether you want to develop a special interest or strengthen your GP skills, we’ve got mentors with advanced ultrasound, medical, and surgical expertise ready to support you. We also back our vets with CE funding and have supported everything from conferences to Masters programs.

- In-House Training Recent sessions have covered dentistry, CPR, emergency care, radiology, anaesthesia, snake bites, and tick paralysis. We also run a structured ultrasound training program led by our skilled team.

- Organised Rosters We roster 3–6 months ahead so you can plan life outside of work.

- All the Equipment You’d Expect Plus a team culture that genuinely wants you to thrive.

- Fair Pay for Every Hour Worked We don’t believe in “reasonable unpaid overtime.” Your time is valuable,

and we respect that.

- Renumeration Whether you have 1 year of experience or 20+, we'd love to hear from you! We welcome applicants at all stages of their careers and are happy to discuss a remuneration package that reflects your skills, experience and what you bring to the team.

? Who We’re Looking For

- A vet who loves animals and enjoys being part of a busy, collaborative team.
- Someone with a great attitude - if you love being a vet, we’ll help you love where you work.
- A team player who shares our values: communication, humour, enthusiasm, respect, teamwork, and trust.
- Availability for some weekend shifts (most work is Monday–Friday).
- Weekly hours are adaptable and we’ll find a roster that suits you.

⚡ The Real Talk We won't pretend every day is smooth sailing! We're a busy hospital, some days can be unpredictable and sometimes lunch breaks get moved around. But that's also what makes the work interesting. You'll be surrounded by a team that looks out for one another, tackles challenges together, and celebrates the little wins along the way. There's always something new to learn and plenty to be proud of.
