This is a graduate role, not a graduate program. No rotations, no shadowing, no waiting your turn. You’ll work directly with our CEO, Technical Product Manager, and Principal Software Engineer on real product, for real customers, from week one.

It’s also not a stay-in-your-lane job. There is no lane. One hour you’re prototyping with a frontier LLM, the next you’re on a call with a customer’s field team, then you’re writing SQL to answer a question nobody had asked yet. If you love getting across everything and get energy from switching contexts, you’ll thrive here. If you want to do the same thing every day, this isn’t it.

Variety doesn’t mean dabbling. You’ll own what you work on, start to finish. Our definition of done is easy: the customer is using it and they love it. ‘I did this bit’ isn’t done. ‘I still have that to do’ isn’t done. Done is when it’s making someone’s day better in the field. If you think there’s a better way to do something, make your case. We care about what’s right, not who’s right. Seniority doesn’t win arguments here. Great thinking does.

What You’ll Actually Do

- Explore, research, and ideate:



test what’s possible with frontier AI and turn it into features customers use
- Co-create AI-enabled capabilities for woolloo and leading consumer goods brands
- Support our customers: onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and turning their feedback into product improvements
- Get hands-on with data: reports, dashboards, and insights that help field teams make faster decisions
- Test and validate releases, and connect what customers ask for with what they actually need
- Follow your work through to adoption, not just delivery

The Stack You’ll Work With Salesforce, Tableau Cloud, Swift, cloud data environments and the latest frontier LLMs. You won’t just use these tools, you’ll figure out what they make possible.

You’ll Fit Right In If You…

- Have a degree in computer science, AI, data or similar. Show us what you’ve built or figured out and we’ll listen
- Love variety and can jump between product, data, and customers in the same day without losing the thread
- Own outcomes, not tasks. You don’t consider something finished until the customer is using it and loves it
- Are genuinely curious: you tinker, prototype, and can tell which ideas are worth chasing
- Write clearly and think in structured steps




- Enjoy talking to customers and aren’t afraid to ask clarifying questions
- Can handle a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve

Technical Skills That Will Make You Stand Out You don’t need all of these. Show us one you’ve gone deep on.

- SQL: Google BigQuery, PostgreSQL or any other flavour
- Software development, ideally in a structured language like Java, Node.js or C#, but your Python skills would come in handy as well
- Experience creating structured data sets from unstructured sources, such as importing large data sets into a data lake for model training

Location Based in Barangaroo, Sydney, we work from the office 4 days per week. On the harbour, close to Wynyard Station and Barangaroo Ferry, great space with barista, breakout areas, and end-of-trip facilities.
