Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Picnic Point

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Picnic Point. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

The role

Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Work within our coaching and administration processes. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

How we support you

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top.



Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check. Send your CV to apply, and feel free to ask us about the role.
