Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Armadale

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Armadale. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Availability You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.




- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start. Apply with your CV. We are happy to answer questions about the role.
