Description
A Hair Transplant Assistant helps the Doctor and the team during hair transplant procedures. It is a hands on role in a medical clinic. What a HT Assistant does:
- assists the Doctor
- help prepares the patient
- prepare and handle hair grafts
- help with instruments and maintain a clean, sterile working setting
- look after patients during and after the procedure
- help prepare the pre and post op patient rooms
Skills required
- good attention to detail
- steady hands
- good communication and customer service
- knowledge of hygiene and infection control
- experience in the field is preferred but not necessary
- works well in a team environment
