Optimum Consulting is seeking an in-house Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment from Brisbane head office. You will headhunt, build talent pools and act as a trusted adviser to hiring managers in a large corporate setting.

Reporting to the General Manager People, you will partner across Marketing, Finance, HR, Projects and Admin, nurture passive candidates, coordinate vacancy profiles, and coach managers on interviewing.
