Dunes Beach Resort by Eco Resorts features 38 beautiful coastal villas and a collection of unique dining, bar, and event experiences including Sandara, a signature up-to-date Australian restaurant, an oceanfront kiosk and café, a lively alfresco bar, a nostalgic retro bar, and stunning wedding and event spaces. We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team across three key positions: Bartender, Barista, and Food & Beverage Attendant.

Key responsibilities

Bartender

- Craft cocktails and serve wines, beers, and other beverages
- Work across alfresco bar, retro bar, and event teams
- Create memorable experiences in a fun, welcoming, and energetic environment

Barista:
- Prepare quality coffee and beverages with consistency, care, and a friendly smile
- Deliver excellent drinks and warm, welcoming service
- Help set the tone for guests' day at the oceanfront kiosk and café





Food & Beverage Attendant:
- Deliver outstanding service across our restaurant, bars, kiosk, and event spaces.
- Anticipate guest needs and support teammates
- Deliver memorable experiences across restaurant, bars, and event spaces
