As Front Office Team Leader, you are responsible for supporting front office operations and delivering exceptional guest experience. You lead by example, providing training and support to the Guest Services team while maintaining a strong guest focus and operational excellence.
You play a key role in creating a positive people-first culture, driving service standards to create moments that matter, resolving guest issues and ensuring front office operations run efficiently.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
