About the role

Treescape is looking for a practical, resilient and proactive HR Advisor who can take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced operational blue-collar environment at our Sydney office. You will provide clear, timely HR advice across all aspects of the employee lifestyle. This role suits a confident self-starter who anticipates issues, enjoys providing practical solutions and gets things done.

Key responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare accurate contracts, letters and employment variations.
- Advise managers on policies, performance, attendance and workplace matters.
- Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations and disciplinary processes, escalating complex matters appropriately.
- Interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements and support compliance with Australian employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and deliver reliable HR administration.
- Assist with training coordination, HR projects and process improvements.




- Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

- Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or similar generalist role.
- Hands-on employee relations and performance-management experience.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment law, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Solid organisation, administration and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with frontline leaders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
- A professional, discreet, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office systems.
- Previous HR experience in operational rapid-paced blue-collar environment.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
