Hybrid | $125,000 package | 6 month contract A large, values driven financial services organisation is appointing a Systems Analyst on an initial 6 month contract, starting as soon as possible. The role supports the HR Systems team through a period of significant change, with Cornerstone OnDemand at the centre of the work.

The organisation is in the middle of a major HR technology transformation. This role provides hands on support to an experienced HR Systems Specialist, keeping Cornerstone running well for the business while the broader programme moves forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting day to day administration of Cornerstone OnDemand, including user management, course and content setup, and system maintenance
- Working alongside the HR Systems Specialist on configuration changes, testing, and issue resolution
- Responding to user queries and troubleshooting system issues across the business
- Running and maintaining reports,



and keeping system data accurate and up to date
- Supporting the HR Systems team on transformation activity as the programme progresses

Background Required

- Hands on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, as an administrator, analyst, or system owner
- Confidence finding your way around the system without needing close supervision
- Strong attention to detail with system data and reporting
- A clear, helpful approach to supporting users across a large organisation
- Experience in a large or regulated setting will be viewed favourably

What’s On Offer $125,000 package. Initial 6 month contract with an ASAP start. Hybrid working, based in Sydney or Melbourne.
