- Working across the EMC team to deliver a positive customer experience.
/n /n This isn’t a traditional high-pressure sales role, but sales are an important part of the position. You’ll follow up genuine opportunities, prepare quotations, build customer relationships and contribute to sales outcomes. /n /n What We’re Looking For /n We’re more interested in finding the right person with transferable skills than someone who ticks every box. /n /n You could come from internal or counter sales, customer service, administration, parts, stores, warehousing, automotive, equipment or another customer-focused environment. /n What will matter most is that you: /n /n
- Enjoy dealing with customers and building rapport.

- Are comfortable learning current systems, products and processes.

- Have some commercial awareness and are comfortable working towards sales outcomes.
/n
- Enjoy learning about products and understanding how they meet customers’ needs.
/n
- Work well independently while still contributing to the wider team.
/n /n Experience with vehicles, parts, equipment, manufacturing or technical products would be advantageous, but it’s not essential. /n /n A Role You Can Grow Into /n If you’ve already built good customer service, administration or product knowledge and you’re ready for greater responsibility, this role gives you the opportunity to develop across: /n /n
- Internal sales and quotation management
/n
- Customer relationship management

- Build valuable experience across customer service and internal sales.
/n
- Learn a specialised and evolving electric vehicle product range.
/n
- Work across the full customer journey, rather than just one part of the process.
/n
- Build relationships with customers across different industries.
/n
- Join a supportive, collaborative team.
/n
- Access career opportunities across the broader Varley Group.
/n
- Discounted Fitness Passport membership.
