Your Role Will Include:

- Manage ESP’s residential property portfolio,



delivering personalised service to local and overseas landlords.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs through clear processes and reliable tradespeople.
- Manage rental arrears and respond to tenant enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections, with accurate reports and timely follow-up.
- Monitor property compliance with applicable tenancy laws and safety requirements.
- Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople through clear, consistent communication.
- Work with the ESP team to improve property management processes, service standards and portfolio performance.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- A valid Australian driver’s license and access to a car (Preferred).
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Relevant real estate qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) (Preferred).
