What We’re Looking For

- Experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally in a busy restaurant environment.
- A genuine passion for food, cooking and Italian cuisine.
- The ability to work efficiently and confidently during busy service periods.
- Strong preparation, organisation and time-management skills.
- Consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
- A team player with a positive attitude, reliability and a solid work ethic.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness.
