Key responsibilities

- Litigation support
- Estate administration
- Leasing and commercial administration support
- Administrative tasks including diary, phone and month end billing
- Typing correspondence and documents
- Opening files and file management
- Client liaison

About you

- Professional phone and client engagement manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced professional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
