We are recruiting a Management Accountant to join a well-established Australian business with a diverse portfolio of property, hospitality and commercial operations.

This is a broad, hands-on role offering responsibility across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis. You'll work closely with management, providing financial insights to support business performance and decision-making.

The Role

- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow and profitability.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to operational managers.
- Oversee reconciliations, month-end processes and financial controls.
- Support accounting and reporting across multiple business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes.
- Assist with statutory reporting and compliance requirements.

About You We're looking for a capable, commercially minded accountant who enjoys taking ownership and working across different areas of a business.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience as a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Senior Accountant or similar.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting and analytical skills.




- Experience with management accounts and month-end reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and accounting systems experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with operational managers and senior stakeholders.
- Relevant accounting qualifications, with CA/CPA highly regarded.

Experience in property, hospitality or a multi-entity environment would be advantageous but is not essential. What's on Offer?
