Joe Rascal Dealership Group is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing activity across our growing portfolio of motorcycle brands and dealerships.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes great content, and can turn creative ideas into measurable business results. From planning social campaigns and creating engaging video content to analysing performance and shaping marketing strategy, this role is about more than posting on social media — it’s about driving engagement, generating leads and getting customers through the door.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be part of the marketing team working across multiple brands, dealerships, products and customer audiences, no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Social Media & Content Creation

- Develop and manage social media content calendars across multiple brands and dealership locations.

- Plan, shoot and edit engaging video and photographic content for social media, digital campaigns and promotional activity.

- Create compelling content featuring motorcycles, new product launches, dealership events, promotions, racing, lifestyle and customer experiences.

- Design social media assets, digital advertisements, promotional graphics, EDMs and other marketing collateral.

- Manage day-to-day social media activity, ensuring content is consistent, engaging and aligned with each brand’s identity.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that support dealership objectives, brand awareness, and sales growth.





- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and seasonal sales activity.

- Work closely with dealership managers and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop marketing initiatives that generate enquiries and sales.

- Coordinate marketing activity across organic social media, paid digital advertising, email marketing and other relevant channels.

- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, website traffic, leads and campaign results.

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

- Strong photography and videography skills, including the ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form video content.

- Experience planning social media calendars and managing multiple platforms.

- An understanding of digital marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.

- A proactive, hands-on attitude — someone who takes ownership, brings ideas to the table and gets things done.

- Passion for motorcycles and ideally hold a motorcycle license!
