About the Role You'll be the face of our retail showroom—delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and driving merchandise sales in a fast-paced, lifestyle-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing****Customer Experience & Sales

- Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
- Create a warm, engaging experience and build lasting customer relationships
- Assist customers in selecting apparel, riding gear, helmets, and accessories
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and promotions
- Promote new arrivals, campaigns, and in-store events
- Handle enquiries (in-store and phone)

- Process POS transactions accurately (cash and EFTPOS/card)
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

Retail & Merchandising

- Create and maintain visually engaging, showroom-ready displays
- Use your styling flair to present merchandise in a fresh and compelling way
- Receive, check, and replenish stock
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and inviting retail workplace
- Support stocktakes and inventory control
- Assist with in-store events, promotions, and HOG (Harley Owners Group) activities

What You'll Bring

- Retail or customer-facing sales experience (fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or similar preferred)
- A bright, confident personality with the ability to connect and sell
- A strong eye for styling, presentation, and merchandising
- Experience with POS and inventory systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
