Southern NSW Local Health District in Bega is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 to coordinate and lead the ward/unit within the Emergency Department. The role requires evidence-based care delivery, resource management, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.

The position is permanent part-time, 32 hours per week, with remuneration at $72.62 per hour, in a supportive, multidisciplinary team workplace.
