One of our leading clients is seeking to engage Oracle ERP Finance & Projects Solution Architect and Oracle EPM Cloud Architect – PBCS / FCCS / NR- All States -Melbourne and Sydney Preferred

Oracle ERP Finance & Projects Solution Architect Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Financials experience, including several end-to-end implementations in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials: GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), FA (Fixed Assets), Cash Management and Expenses.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management): Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Control (budgets and forecasts) and asset capitalisation from projects.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise structures: ledgers, legal entities, business units, COA (Chart of Accounts) design and SLA (Subledger Accounting).
- Proven ability to lead and work autonomously, and to make design decisions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with senior finance stakeholders and technical teams.

Niche/core experience to target:

- Leading fit-gap analysis and producing solution design documents and configuration workbooks.
- Designing or redesigning the COA (Chart of Accounts) and the enterprise structure.
- Integrating Financials and PPM (Project Portfolio Management) with Procurement, HCM (Human Capital Management) / Time and Labour, and FA (Fixed Assets).
- Integrations a
- Financial and project reporting using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI (Business Intelligence) Publisher, Financial Reporting and Smart View.
- Data migration planning and reconciliation.
- Managing Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing.
- Oracle Cloud Financials or PPM (Project Portfolio Management)



certification desirable.
- Mentoring junior consultants.

Oracle EPM Cloud Architect – PBCS / FCCS / NR Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) / Hyperion experience, including recent EPM Cloud implementations as an Architect or Lead.
- Deep expertise in PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) / EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service): application and dimension design, data entry forms, business rules (Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting), approvals and Smart View.
- Deep expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Service): consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership management, journals, cash flow and the close process (Task Manager).
- Hands-on experience in NR (Narrative Reporting): report packages, doclets (report sections), management and board reporting.
- Strong data integration experience using Data Management, Data Integration or Data Exchange, and EPM Automate, including loads from Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Cloud or EBS (E-Business Suite).
- Proven ability to lead and work autonomously, and to make architecture decisions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with CFO (Chief Financial Officer)-level and finance stakeholders.

Niche/core experience to target:

- Designing end-to-end EPM architecture across PBCS, FCCS and NR.
- Migrating on-premise Hyperion (Planning, HFM, Essbase) to EPM Cloud.
- EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital and Projects.
- Security design, approval workflows and audit controls.
- Essbase performance tuning and business rule optimisation.
- Automating data loads and processes with EPM Automate and pipelines.
- Managing Oracle monthly updates and regression testing.
- ARCS or EDM experience highly regarded.
- CA/CPA accounting background highly regarded.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification desirable.
- Mentoring junior consultants.
