About the Role
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and sales-driven Client Services & Sales Specialist to join our beauty clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers over the phone, building relationships, generating interest in beauty treatments, and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, following up on enquiries, promoting our clinic’s services, and maximising appointment bookings. The ideal candidate will have a strong telephone manner, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales and booking targets.
Experience in a call centre, telesales, appointment setting, or beauty and aesthetics industry will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate interest and secure appointments.
Follow up on new enquiries, leads, previous clients, and unconverted bookings to drive sales and re-engagement.
Promote the clinic’s beauty treatments, services, and special offers in a professional and engaging manner.
Convert telephone enquiries into confirmed consultations and treatment appointments.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services based on their interests and enquiries.
Follow up with clients who have expressed interest but have not yet booked.
Maintain accurate client information, call notes, leads, and booking records in the clinic’s database or CRM system.
Manage appointment confirmations, cancellations,
and rescheduling to maximise clinic bookings.
Build positive client relationships and encourage repeat visits and ongoing engagement.
Meet daily and weekly targets for outbound calls, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and sales conversions.
Work closely with the clinic team to support promotional campaigns and achieve business growth targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call centre sales.
Solid verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close bookings.
Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to turn enquiries into appointments.
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, CRM software, and customer databases.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or cosmetic clinic industry is an advantage.
Working Hours & Conditions
Monday to Friday.
11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Approximately 20 hours per week.
Based at 243 Edward St, Brisbane City QLD 4000.
