Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Parts Manager role based in Toowoomba, QLD.

The Parts

Manager oversees the daily management of parts inventory for heavy haulage trailers and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing parts to workshop staff and customers. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely availability of service parts.

Manager supports customer service by responding to parts inquiries, providing product information, and helping resolve parts-related issues. The role also includes maintaining orderly parts storage areas, implementing inventory control procedures,



supporting workshop scheduling needs, and contributing to continuous improvement in parts processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong inventory management capabilities, including inventory control, stock monitoring, and record-keeping for parts.
- Experience with service parts operations, including sourcing, ordering, and managing parts for maintenance and repairs.
- Customer-focused mindset with skills in customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to use parts and inventory management software, with solid computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in automotive, heavy transport, or mechanical parts environments is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with workshop and administrative staff.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requests and prioritize parts requirements.
- Relevant vocational training or qualifications in logistics, warehousing, automotive parts, or a related field are an advantage.
