TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a global organisation seeking a Payroll Officer to join its Melbourne CBD team. Working in a professional corporate environment, you will support a small-volume, monthly payroll for salaried employees across global operations.

Responsibilities Include

- Coordinate and process monthly payroll for a small salaried workforce across global locations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including new starters, leavers and changes to employment details.
- Review payroll inputs and outputs, investigate discrepancies and ensure payments meet deadlines.




- Prepare payroll reconciliations and reports.
- Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and payroll providers to support accurate processing.
- Contribute to improvements in payroll processes and documentation.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Global or international payroll exposure would be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with payroll data and reconciliations.
- Good Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Clear communication skills and a helpful, service-focused approach.
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage monthly deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and discretion when handling confidential information.
