About the Role As a PCA, AIN or Aged Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents and helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

- Personal care including showering, dressing and grooming
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Providing companionship and emotional support




- Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams
- Delivering person-centred care in a safe and professional manner

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months recent paid experience in residential aged care
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional and compassionate approach to care
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends
- Full Australian working rights
