Personal Trainer | Dover Gardens

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Dover Gardens. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings.



This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Day to day

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
