SDN Waterloo is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher and Room Leader to guide a nominated room, delivering a high‑quality learning program that celebrates each child’s strengths and needs. You will lead and mentor educators, oversee daily routines and ensure children’s wellbeing in a nurturing, inclusive setting.

You will apply trauma‑informed practices, strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, and maintain compliance while engaging families in decisions that support community participation.
