PT Role | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Ballajura

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Ballajura. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week:



$45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
